SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will likely be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, in addition to the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it is actually alarmed with regards to the high number of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office focused on service the area each day. The company stage made for intervention ordeals a high influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it tough for your Workplace to attend to all people who website visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more assets to empower the servicing of all consumers and maximize entry to Social Assistance website solutions,” the agency said.
